What we look at
- Temperature stability across consecutive shots, measured
- Gaskets, valves and boilers replaceable with common tools
- Parts diagram and spares published by the manufacturer
- Water hardness guidance, because that is what kills them
- Honest warm-up time, not the marketing figure
Helps if you have it: A published parts diagram with spares available to buy, and a temperature log over five consecutive shots.
