How we judged this
Fixed before anything was ranked
What we look at
- Export includes subscribers, archive and paid subscriptions
- Deliverability on your own sending domain, with the records documented
- Pricing that does not punish unengaged subscribers twice
- Payments portable to another platform without re-subscribing anyone
- Ownership of the audience stated in the terms
Helps if you have it: A documented migration out, showing paid subscriptions transferred without re-subscription.
